How excited were the SPAR Proteas today knowing they had their nation’s support (especially at 5am SA time), all the work we have put in a couple of days prior to our first test match against the number one ranked country the, Aussie Diamonds. It was expected to be a tough match but we simply would not back down from such a challenge. Even though we may have lost, our goal is to improve and build our game and ourselves against the best. We will be heading to Hamilton in preparation for our second test against the Silver Ferns. It is bound to be another exciting match to look forward to!”
