Netball South Africa (NSA) announced a 26-member SPAR Protea training squad after the national championships in Port Elizabeth this week.
The 26 member team will be whittled down to a national squad of 12 after a training camp in August.
NSA also announced a President’s XII, a Fast Five squad, a development squad and an under-21 squad.
Many senior Proteas players missed the national championships because they are playing overseas, but they have been included in the training squad.
