EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Netball South Africa hereby invites all relevant interested bodies that specialize in Skills Development service providers to express interest of being a service provider for Netball South Africa Skills Development Agency.
PANEL OF SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROVIDERS TO MOBILISE RESOURCES AND FACILITATE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME FOR THE NETBALL SOUTH AFRICA FOR A PERIOD OF – 36 MONTHS.
1. ABOUT THE NETBALL SOUTH AFRICA:
We are a Non – Profit Organization that is only custodian of Netball in South Africa with a mandate to develop its Council members ,Players, Administrators, Umpires & Coaches, Associate Members, NSA- staff and related role players in order to reach high level of professional and service delivery.
2. CALL FOR PROPOSALS
To call for proposals from accredited training providers in the field of sport, administration, club development, life skills, medical support, scientific testing, anti-doping, project management, new venture creation, management, and leadership of sport structures, etc. to: –
- Raise funds for training for Netball South
- Conduct the training with and in line with Netball South Africa Training Unit. This grant will further assist internal netbal
3. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
The Training Provider should be able to raise funds for any training and Skills development. The Training Provider should submit a proposal which will be evaluated. In relation to functionality, accreditation, experience, as well as in loco inspection, amongst others.
The facilitation of skills development programmes must comply with the following specifications:
- Skills Development Provider must be accredited with any SETA (Sector Education Training Authority) relevant in the proposal and the beneficiaries.
- Skills Development programmes facilitated should range from skills programmes (short courses with no creditbearing courses).
- The mode of delivery for skills development programmes will be face-to-face and/or virtual
- The learning material will be provided by the Skills Development The training venue and meals should be provided for within the mobilised funds.
- Upon completion of skills programmes, the Skills Development Provider will be expected to conduct summative assessments to course participants to determine their competence and issue competence
- Skills Development Provider will be expected to facilitate the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
BUDGET
The Skills Development / Training Provider should be able to raise funds to conduct all the above activities.

All the 52 Districts, in all Nine (9) Provinces: South Africa.

6. COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LEGISLATION, BYLAWS, ETC
Facilitation of training programmes should be in line with the provisions of Skills Development Act, South African Qualification Authority Act, and National Qualifications Framework.
7. GUARANTEE/WARRANTY/DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD

8. CONTRACT PERIOD – 36 Months
9. TENDER NOTICE PERIOD: 7 Days
