1. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Netball South Africa invites all graduates to move their career to the next level through a Learnership opportunity,aimed at producing future leaders.

2. ABOUT NETBALL SOUTH AFRICA:

We are a Non-profit institution that is only custodian of Netball in South Africa, with a mandate to develop its Council members, Players, Administrators, Umpires & Coaches, Associate Members, NSA- staff and related role players.

Netball South Africa is committed to building the capacity of the state and contributing to all the national priorities related to skills development and training.

With its emergence as a diversified National Federation, Netball South Africa has an established set of values, beliefs, principles and business methods that act as the life hood of the Organization. In its Strategic Plan, one of the Game Changers speaks to Capacity Building.


3. REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION

Any clarification required by a prospective applicant regarding the meaning or interpretation of the document, or any other aspect concerning the submission, is to be requested in writing via e-mail (epg@netball-sa.co.za) to Mr Bongani Mdunjana.


4. WHO CAN APPLY?

All Gauteng Netball Youth and / or volunteers between the age of 18-28, who;

  • Are in possession the following TVET College Qualification:
    • N6 Management Assistant
    • N6 Financial Management
    • N6 Business Management
    • N6 Human Resource Management
    • N6 Marketing Management
  • Experience (Related to Studies) of 6 Months or less.
  • Willing to work at the Netball South Africa Office
  • Willing to accept a Stipend of R2750.00 a Month for 12 Months.
  • Can commit to attend to NSA Monday – Friday and as and when required during Weekends.
  • Are agile and committed to self-development.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Share our values.
  • Share our passion for change and improvement.

 

5. METHOD OF SUBMISSION

Interested Applicants may forward their comprehensive CV and ID Copy for consideration, as follows:

5.1       All applications must reflect the reference “Netball Youth Learnership” as the Subject / Heading on the E-mail.

5.2       Applicants responses can be submitted in electronic format or hard copies. Electronic submission must be e-mailed to the dedicated e-mail address: applications@netball-sa.co.za ONLY. Applications sent to any other e-mail address other than the one specified herein will be disqualified and will not be considered for evaluation.

Electronic submission should be on generally acceptable/standard electronic file format (i.e Microsoft suite of products or pdf) to enable access thereto by NSA for purpose of evaluating responses received.

5.5       The closing date for the submission is 20 December 2023. No late application will be considered.

5.6       Hard copy submission can be hand delivered to the Netball South Africa Office, address hereunder: (Times: Monday to Friday (09H00-17H00)
