South Africa’s premier club netball competition returns with 16 teams, three Power Week venues, and a packed schedule of high-intensity matches that will keep fans on the edge of their seats from April right through to June. Whether you’re a seasoned TNL follower or discovering the league for the first time, here’s everything you need to know ahead of the action.
The Format: Three Power Weeks, Three Cities
TNL 2026 is structured around three Power Weeks — intense multi-day tournament blocks held across the country, each at a different venue:
Power Week 1: 24 April – 2 May 2026 | Durban University of Technology – Steve Biko Campus, Durban
Power Week 2: 22 – 31 May 2026 | Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg
Power Week 3: 12 – 15 June 2026 | TBC
It’s a model that brings world-class netball to different corners of the country — and gives fans in Durban, Johannesburg, and Pretoria the chance to experience the atmosphere up close.
The Teams: 16 Sides, Two Divisions, One Mission
This season features 16 competing teams split across two divisions, alongside exciting invitational sides adding a continental dimension to the competition.
Division 1
