TNL2026 Online Presenter T&Cs

Below, please find the criteria for the competition, as well as the applicable terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to NSA registerded individuals 18 years or older who are residents of South Africa. The individuals must be proficient in English.

2. Entry Requirements

Participants must submit a 1-minute audition video demonstrating their presenting and/or interviewing skills via direct message to Netball South Africa’s official Facebook or Instagram accounts.

3. Content Requirements

Videos must be original content created by the entrant and must not contain copyrighted material, offensive language, or inappropriate content.

4. Submission Period

Entries must be submitted before the advertised closing date. Late submissions may not be considered.
Closing date: 03 April 2026

5. Selection Process

Entries will be reviewed by a Netball South Africa panel, and shortlisted participants may be invited to take part in the TNL Courtside Presenter opportunity during the Telkom Netball League.

6. Usage Rights

By entering, participants grant Netball South Africa permission to use, share, and publish their submitted video and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition and the Telkom Netball League.

7. Final Decision

The decision of Netball South Africa regarding the selection of finalists and the presenter is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

Participation in this competition does not constitute an offer of employment or contract with Netball South Africa.

9. Liability

Netball South Africa is not responsible for technical issues, lost submissions, or failed delivery of entries via social media platforms.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Appearance & Media Release

Participants shortlisted or selected may be required to appear on camera, in promotional content, broadcast productions, or digital platforms related to the Telkom Netball League. By entering, participants agree that Netball South Africa may record, photograph, and broadcast their participation without additional compensation.

12. Professional Conduct

Shortlisted participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all Netball South Africa events. Netball South Africa reserves the right to withdraw participation from any entrant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or damaging to the reputation of the organisation, its partners, or the Telkom Netball League.

13. Availability for Events

Finalists and the selected presenter must be available to attend Telkom Netball League matches or production sessions as required during the competition period. Failure to be available may result in selection of an alternative presenter.

14. Sponsor Integration

Participants acknowledge that the role may involve interaction with sponsors, branded content, or promotional segments related to Netball South Africa partners.
