Important Travel and Accommodation Update
Please note that this communication serves as an update regarding the 2027 Netball World Cup Supporters Travel Package.
Australia Netball has appointed an Official Bookings Agency to coordinate and sell 2027 Netball World Cup packages (tickets & accommodation). As a result, the package price previously advertised this year has been revised accordingly.
It is important to note that Sportnet-Corp is the appointed agency responsible for coordinating Packages (tickets & accommodation) for Netball World Cup supporters.
For supporters travelling from South Africa, Rene Meyer of Triptastic Travel Agency, in partnership with Netball South Africa, will assist with the travel arrangements.
Supporters Package
The current package includes:
• Return economy class air tickets
• Travel insurance.
• 3* Accommodation on a bed-and-breakfast basis
• Netball World Cup match tickets
• Airport/hotel/airport transfers
• A total stay of 13 nights
• Travel dates: 23 August – 6 September 2027
• Fan-based match tickets “Follow Your Team SA, including the semi-finals and Final
Financial Consideration
The package prices are as follows,
• Sharing accommodation: R90 000.00 per person
Includes accommodation, travelling and match tickets.
• Single accommodation: R115 000.00 per person
Includes accommodation, travelling and match tickets.
**Package prices stated above are subject to change based on currency fluctuation**
Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of R12,000.00 will be required on or before 30 September 2026 in order to secure the booking for accommodation (within walking-distance to the venue).
Please note that on payment of the first deposit, there will be no option of cancellation, and you will be responsible for 100% of the package price.
Members who have already paid the deposit of R6,000.00 will need to pay an additional R6,000.00 to secure their booking.
The remaining balance will be payable according to the following schedule,
• 30% – 10 December 2026
• 30% – 20 March 2027
• 30% – 20 May 2027
