The SPAR Proteas are the national team of South Africa.
The Proteas are the jewel of Mzansi, comprised of players who play in South Africa and some of the world’s most competitive netball leagues. The SPAR Proteas are 5th in the INF World Rankings and placed 6th in the 2023 INF Netball World Cup, hosted in Cape Town.
